Pricing

We understand how busy family life is, so we’ve kept our pricing simple! We have 3 simple pricing structures:
  1. Casual Babysitter bookings;

  2. Permanent/Regular Nanny Bookings; and 

  3. Government Rebated In-Home Care.

For all Mummymetime bookings:

  • We charge an Admin Fee which covers all Carers for Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind (and theirs!), finding the right Carer for your family and ensuring all our Carers are up to date with their relevant qualifications;
  • There is a travel fee of $80c per kilometre when a carer uses their car to transport the children to and from school/activities;
  • We have a Cancellation Policy with fees incurred for cancellations within 72 hours;
  • If a Carer cancels, you are not required to pay them any fee and Mummymetime will endeavour to find a suitable replacement carer.

Casual Bookings:

No Registration/Joining fee

Admin fee: $30 per booking per day

Carer’s Hourly Fees:

Mon – Fri: 1 child from $36/hr, 2 children from $39/hr, 3 children from $42/hr

Saturday: 1 child from $40/hr, 2 children from $43/hr, 3 children from $46/hr 

Sunday: 1 child from $45/hr, 2 children from $48/hr, 3 children from $51/hr

Public Holidays: 1 child from $50/hr, 2 children from $53/hr, 3 children from $56/hr

Higher rates apply for bookings after 6pm and before 6am. 

If your booking falls within these times we will inform you of pricing prior to finalising your booking.

Please contact us if you require care for more than 4 children at a time.

Permanent or Regular Bookings:

Registration/Joining Fee: One off registration fee: $300. This fee reduces the admin fee and covers all children in the family until their 15th birthday.

Admin Fee: The Admin fee is based on the number of days of care per week and covers admin fees including insurance. It is applicable once you’ve paid the Registration Fee.

1 booking per week: $25

2 bookings per week: $50

3 bookings per week: $70

4 bookings per week: $90

5 bookings per week: $100

Carer’s Hourly Fees:

Mon – Fri: 1 child from $36/hr, 2 children from $39/hr, 3 children from $42/hr

Saturday: 1 child from $40/hr, 2 children from $43/hr, 3 children from $46/hr 

Sunday: 1 child from $45/hr, 2 children from $48/hr, 3 children from $51/hr

Public Holidays: 1 child from $50/hr, 2 children from $53/hr, 3 children from $56/hr

Government Rebated In-Home Care:

FIRST CHECK YOUR ELIGIBILITY:
To find out if you’re eligible for Government Subsidised In Home Care please contact the NSW In-Home Care Support Agency on: P: 1800 442 273, email [email protected] or contact your local Centrelink office.
Once you have confirmed your eligibility for Childcare Subsidy and meet the criteria for In-Home Care, contact [email protected] with your reference details to request a booking.

No Registration/Joining fee

Admin Fee: There is a one-off Admin fee payable prior to the service commencing of $300. This is non-refundable and covers insurance an administration fees. We provide public liability insurance.

Carer’s Hourly Fees: The hourly Carer fee starts from $40.32 and increases depending on individual circumstances such as the number of children, and Carer qualifications required. Weekend & after hour rates apply

Mummymetime Cancellation policy
When Carers accept a booking they set aside that time in their week exclusively for you as a client. For this reason, the carer is entitled to be paid for the hours they have set aside if care is cancelled at the last minute by you.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
– Within 24 hours of booking start time: 75% of total fee
– Within 48 hours of booking: 50% of total fee
– Within 72 hours of booking: 25% of total fee
Total fee” means the hours requested for the booking multiplied by the agreed hourly rate for the booking. These fees may be waived at the discretion of management if the carer is able to find suitable replacement work that is equal to or greater than the amount of hours that were set aside for the original booking.
If a Carer cancels, you are not required to pay them any fee and Mummymetime will endeavour to find a suitable replacement carer.
